We went on to Baltimore and met Chuck and Marlyn at the campground. We hit traffic and it took us what felt like forever to get the final 12 miles to the campground. After getting the motor home parked, we went on north to Tom and Tena's. Tena had a wonderful stir-fry supper for us. It is so fun to see their beautiful home and all the pieces that they have picked up in their travels. And then there is the Marshall man cave...
Saturday morning we got word that the plane from Dallas bringing in Aunt Colene, Aunt Marva, Jim and Paula had returned to the airport because of "possible engine problems" and they had a delay as the airline found a new plane. They arrived safely about 2 1/2 hours later than planned.
Tara told me when I first put this blog together that "The Galavanting Ledets" sounded like a circus act. I'm thinking that the circus act may be about to begin with two of my favorite aunts, my three favorite brothers and my three favorite sisters-in-law (at least on the Aldrich side of the family) all here together. and David and Tom here to add to the mayhem. I'll try to keep you up to date as the next few days go along. We're planning to go the the National Aquarium here in Baltimore tomorrow.

This part of the country really does up Halloween big! Lots of decorations, lots of pumpkins, lots of extra activities for it. We parked in a Wal-Mart parking lot and walked across the street to a restaurant for lunch. When we came back there was a pick-up and trailer parked next to us. This little guy was looking out the window of the trailer at us!
