Going to the Sun Road-Glacier NP-July 15

We drove the Going to the Sun road across the park and back today. It was another beautiful day. The road was great with incredible views. We talked about who would have hated it because of it being a shelf road for much of the way, but with our Jeeping experience, a smooth, paved two-lane road was awesome, although David did pay attention to his driving!

I have many pictures that I want to share, so I'll get going-they take forever to upload!

Wild Goose Island on St. Mary's Lake

I bet she/he hates that collar!

See that brown blur? That's our second bear sighting. This one was a juvenile. I'm guessing 2 or 3 years old. We didn't get a good enough look at it to know if it was a black bear or a grizzly.
